When moving into the area 4 years ago, Terri was our first friend in Sioux City. She worked diligently to help us find our Sioux City home. While searching for that home Terri quickly became a trusted friend and advisor. In 2023 work changes had us move out of the area. Because Terri did an amazing job and took the time to build a relationship with us those years prior, we knew she would be the only one we would want to help us sell. Terri was the first broker we contacted. There were several others showing houses, but Terri is the one we came back to. She was there for us like I think none of the others could have been, and made our search HER search. We felt bad for her as we looked at house after house and none met our needs, cause she was as frustrated as us. We are glad we picked her and stuck with her, as we feel she is the very best.
